I have had a busy start to the new year with speaking, but will be slowing down for a few months because, real life. I gotta work on my hair and special french braid and teasing skills and support my daughter Lydia (9 year old) in her multiple cheer competitions. My pop star Jordis (7) will be doing a solo in the talent show again this year - singing another song she wrote called "Who Cares?" So yeah, she doesn't need my help, but I will be there supporting her all the way. And I have many basketball games to attend for my son Elijah (12).
All that being said - I love to get out of the house and away from packing school lunches frome time to time so if you are interested in having me come speak at your church, women's retreat, conference, Mom's event, girl's night out, or dog's birthday party book/inquire here. I have a lot of different talks and would love to customize them for your event. Here is a recent teaching (full-length video) I did on Rebekah and here's another one to encourage the Totally Moms out there "Lies Moms Believe and the Truth that Sets Them Free."
In the meantime, you might find some humor and encouragement and ugly selfies on my Totally Desperate Mom facebook page! And if you need a special self esteem boost be sure to check out my family's Worst Family Pics of 2014! Because I am behind this year, I have yet to get my 2015 ugly pics organized. But don't worry, I DO have them :)
And lastly, I hope to see some of you at the Women's Night Out on February 5th at Mariner's Church in Irvine, CA.
